Authors and Illustrators Day

1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Meet some of the accomplished authors and illustrators whose books are featured in Family Trees: A Celebration of Children’s Literature.

Explore the decorated trees throughout the Museum’s new Education Center, and visit with authors and illustrators as they sign your books including.

Melissa Sweet, illustrator of nearly 100 children’s books from board books to picture books and nonfiction titles, and our Family Trees 2018 Honorary Chair.

This event is included with Family Trees admission; Members free.

Transcendentalists and the Struggle for Social Justice
