“To spend the day at their house was a rapturous event,” Ellen Emerson wrote to a friend in 1869, remembering her friends, the Alcott girls.  Join us for a walking tour highlighting the objects and homes of remarkable women of Concord, including Louisa May Alcott and her dear friend Ellen Emerson.  1-mile walk, mostly flat sidewalk or pavement, rain or shine. Meet at the Concord Museum.
