In the Footsteps of Henry David Thoreau

Overview

In his new book, Six Walks, award-winning author and artist, Ben Shattuck depicts six journeys from Cape Cod to Mount Katahdin that were once taken by Thoreau.  According to one reviewer: “echoing Thoreau’s brilliant reflections with his own, Shattuck distills the healing power of nature into a narrative that’s a pure pleasure to wander through.”

Advanced registration is required.  This program is being held in-person in the Churchill and Janet Franklin Lyceum and Livestreamed to a virtual audience.
