Musketaquid Archaeological Collections Internship
The Concord Museum is pleased to open applications for two paid summer internships within the Collections Department. The thirteen-week internships will work as a team and develop museum collections management skills while supporting the Collections Department by conducting a comprehensive inventory and cataloging of the Indigenous archaeological collection as part of NAGPRA compliance. The Concord Museum currently stewards a collection of about 30,000 archaeological items collected in Concord and surrounding towns in the 19th and early 20th century. Under the supervision of the Director of Collections, internship duties and experience will include Indigenous Collections Care and NAGPRA Duty of Care along with working as part of a team to inventory and data enter the collections. The Concord Museum encourages applicants from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The 13-week internship program requires a commitment of 30 hours a week (Monday – Friday) from June 2025 through September 2025 and offers hourly pay at $15.00.
