The Concord Museum’s lyceum, classrooms, and galleries offer a unique space for you to host your next event. We host conferences, meetings, showers, retirement, and staff parties.

The Lyceum

80-100 people standing or lecture style seating
–60 people for a sit-down meal
-Access to paved patio, weather permitting
-AV equipped: microphone and lectern combination, a wireless microphone, and a 86” high-res screen for presentations and videos
Rental Cost: $1,200 – $2,000 (5 hr rental including set-up and clean-up)
Classrooms

– Each classroom can comfortably accommodate 10 people seated or 15 people standing.
Rental Cost: $300 – $500
Patio Access
-Access to the patio is available on a seasonal basis.

How far in advance does a rental need to be booked?
We require booking with us two months in advance of the event. This allows our team to assess availability of the spaces and arrange staffing.

Is there a deposit due to secure the rental?
Yes, once the rental contract is signed, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder of the payment for the event must be received by the Concord Museum at least one week prior to the scheduled event.

Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there are 35 parking spots in the Museum’s parking lot, and additional street parking available.

Does the Museum provide catering and furniture set-up? Food and beverages?
The Museum does not provide food and beverages. You can make arrangements with a vendor from our list of approved caterers. Alcohol of any kind must be served by an insured bartender—either one of our approved bartending services, or a member of the caterer’s staff if the caterer has liquor liability insurance. The Museum has six-foot rectangular tables, four-foot rectangular tables, and chairs at no extra charge. We can recommend rental agencies if you require round tables, linens, or other equipment.

For an additional fee, a tour of the galleries or access can be arranged.
